Today is our last day in Tromsø. We enjoyed the farm breakfast one last time…jammed all our stuff back into the bags and ventured back toward the city. We got to see the sun trying to peak over the mountains but it did not make it.

We went through the underground streets and through the roundabout again – you can check out a video of it here.

We explored the downtown a bit and took in the Troll museum. A small museum but was interesting. Norway apparently has lots of rock formations that look like a troll threw their hat to stop an arrow. Also a fairy tale where the unfortunate thing that happened was the man left his kettle on the beach.

They had an extensive section on the story that led to composition of In the Hall of the Mountain King.

After some pizza we made our way to the airport and headed to Oslo.

Once in Oslo, taking the Flytoget from the airport was so many less stops than the Silver line!

We capped the evening with some Indian food from IndiSpice. Hiran Palak with deer meat was good and not something I had come across before.

4 of our flights now complete and our first train ride. Moving along and we will see what we find next.
